Refund policy

At TimeNest, we take pride in the quality of our watches. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 6-month machine warranty on all our timepieces.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in the watch movement (machine).

  • Internal mechanical or functional issues that arise within 6 months from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches, fading, or strap/bracelet damage).

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Water damage (unless the watch is specifically marked as water-resistant).

  • Batteries, straps, bracelets, or other external parts/accessories.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. To request a warranty claim, please contact us at timenest199@gmail.com with your order details and proof of purchase.

  2. Our team will guide you through the evaluation process.

  3. If your claim is approved, you will be instructed on how to send your watch to our service center at the following address:
    [INSERT WARRANTY/REPAIR ADDRESS]

  4. Once inspected, if the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair your watch free of charge.

Important Notes

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a warranty claim will not be accepted.

  • If repairs are not possible, we may replace the machine (movement) of the watch or, in rare cases, replace the watch entirely.

  • The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase and applies solely to the original purchaser.
